  • Managed the final phase of a GDPR programme, engaging with stakeholders to ensure completion of actions
  • Rolled out customer traffic counting software across EMEA, providing data for enhanced decision making
  • Leading a project team including remote developers to amend existing store pricing and discounting application providing stakeholders with a single version of the truth, allowing accurate data for analysis of key customers
  • Increasing customer base from 200 to 1300 by delivering an upgraded customer ordering website
  • Establishing governance and structure to a hybrid waterfall/agile software project to deliver a reporting tool, providing enhanced information for decision making and compliance
  • Implementing development changes to a pricing scheme system, enabling a 15% sales increase
  • Implemented a cloud telephony solution for Customer Service teams with addition of dashboard analytics linking 11 warehouses
  • Led a project to ensure stock availability via stock rationing by implementing development changes at order entry. Delivered on time, on budget and successfully audited
  • Led a project team to provide electronic invoices, orders and ASNs via EDI to customers, including government organisations and multinational retailers
  • Upgraded Sage HR & Payroll system which improved stability & provided additional functionality for employees and the business (allowing employees to view payslips online, team managers to view staff availability online etc.)
